Shipping

We work to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, your order may take between 3-4 weeks for delivery. 

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened personal-care products, including soap, cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or there was a problem with your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
